About Omnicare
Our History
Since our founding in 2022, Omnicare has been dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to our patients. Over the years, we have grown to include two providers, and a much loved medical staff. Most of the growth has been from word of mouth, some from internet searches and others from referrals, but our favorite is when our patients love the care they get, and tell their families and friends. We have several very large families that are cared for here, and we love doing it!
Our PROVIDERs
Our team of providers includes some of the most respected and loved medical professionals in the Pueblo area. Dawn Evert has been in practice for over twenty years now, and has patients that will drive for hours to see her. She is so loved by everyone. Nicole Boggs has been a provider for five years now, and sees many large families that love her. Check out our google reviews! They reflect how amazing they are.

We offer a wide range of medical services, including primary care, pediatrics, women's health, and more. Our services are designed to meet the diverse health needs of our patients, from newborns to seniors.
